Which Fish? separates seafood into three convenient categories, each with its own icon, so you can pick the best choice quickly.

Search, Browse, and Learn
With Which Fish? you can search for fish and other seafood.You can also browse seafood and sort the list alphabetically and by sustainability. When youre ready to learn more, you can view the seafood details. Seafood details include availability, population, bycatch, habitat impacts and sourcing.

Not just Sustainability
Which Fish? has more than just information on sustainability. If youve never eaten this fish, the "whats it like?" section gives you an idea. Does your fishmonger or supermarket not have this fish? We suggest substitutions. Not sure what to do with this fish? Check out our cooking suggestions. If youre on a diet we also provide nutritional information for each fish in our database. You can access the information on cooking suggestions and nutrition using the tabs at the bottom of your screen.
